Yesterday I got my first YOU ROCK rock when I went for a massage with Lucie Roussin of Revitalizing Touch Massage Therapy  and it was such an amazing experience from walking in the door to leaving!

Before we began the massage she got me to choose two “Heart Cards” (one to read before and one for after the massage). The first Heart Card said, “Give Yourself Permission To Succeed” and it was so perfectly timed in my life! I have felt like I’ve been holding back lately and it’s time to let go and be freely successful!

Then she had me choose a precious stone from a collection to represent what body chakra was calling out to me. And finally she pulled back the cover to reveal a very special rock she had made for me…

I literally screeched a bit and threw my hands up in the air!!! My very first YOU ROCK rock that was given to me!!! I was so excited and it also let me know that the campaign has officially begun!

My goal is for everyone in Winnipeg to receive and/or give a YOU ROCK rock and it has already begun!

Create your very own YOU ROCK rock: decorate an ordinary rock with pain, markers, stickers etc and then write somewhere on it YOU ROCK!!! give it to someone and tell them why you think they ROCK! And send me your pics and vids!
